I am a Registered Psychotherapist, and I help partners whose demanding lives leave little room for emotional connection build strong bonds, so that life doesn’t put a wedge between them.
Through Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I help partners identify and transform their negative interaction patterns, fostering deeper emotional bonds and understanding. My goals is to help partners overcome road blocks and allow them to experience more intimacy, security and trust in their relationships. I work with partners to help expand their ability to share vulnerably and witness their partner, themselves, and the relationship in a different way. I offer a non-judgmental, curiosity-led, and empathic approach to explore the relational dance and help you turn towards, instead of away, from each other.
